|Recommended: YesI love the property and how clean it is. There is lots of green space for pets and the views are very nice. — I love my apartment. It has lots of space and huge windows for natural light and tall ceilings. I would say the only two complaints I have is there is only one dumpster on my side for the whole place so I have to drive my trash to it and there isn't a lot of dog waste stations. there is so much green space, but only 3 stations by the lake which is a cold long walk for me in the mornings. Other than that I love the property and the leasing staff is so nice and they are very helpful.

|Recommended: YesThe property is beautiful — The apartment was perfect when I moved in Everything was clean and in great shape. All of the staff have been very nice, friendly and professional. The community is so relaxing and quiet and I love all the green space. The benches around the lake are a nice touch and perfect to sit and relax on . The staff do a great job keeping the property clean and looking good. I've been here about one month and I love it

|Recommended: YesSafe, quiet, and good deal for the price — This is a great place to live. It's safe and quiet and, although it is on Hilliard Rome Rd., the location is not surrounded by anything other than residential neighborhoods and some natural areas, giving it an out of the way feel that I really like. The maintenance people are very friendly as are the office staff, who have always been super helpful. The grounds are very nice. Really my only complaints are that the trash compactor goes down every so often usually not the fault of residents but actually of illegal dumping by outsiders and people don't do a great job picking up their dog poop.
That being said, it's very pet friendly we have a big dog as do many others on the property . Everyone here is friendly, and I've never had a problem with noise on the property.
The buildings are well kept and large 72 windows are a huge plus that means the living areas are very brightly lit during the day. Depending on the unit, things might not be fully updated, but it's all recent enough that it doesn't feel old.
Given the price for these units compared to other apartments in the same price range, you get a lot for your money in terms of quality, privacy and size. We've lived here for 4 years and we really like it

|Recommended: YesLove the location and apartment — It’s a great place to live. Maintenance has some issues getting the work done correctly the first time. Office staff is very nice and amazing. Sometimes you do have to remind them of requests. Parking is pretty good. Maintenance van is park seemingly permanently in my lot.

|Recommended: YesEnjoying a simpler life — I moved from a house I owned for 21 years into this community. I don't hear much noise inside the apartment or outside. I haven't rented for years, so not much to compare it to. I know when I used to rent, I could hear the neighbors on both sides of me, parking was assigned and NO LAKE. Very low noise level here, parking available 99 of the time and the lake is very peaceful and a major bonus in my opinion. Neighbors are friendly and kids are very well behaved. They are always mowing and keeping the grounds clean and tidy. I submitted a work order and it was completed the next day. I have had some issues that as a homeowner I would have taken care of myself, so I feel guilty asking for help. I have been trying to get moved out of my storage unit and into the garage I was told would be mine in probably a week. It has been 3 weeks and is now going to cost me another entire months rent at my storage unit. I can not get ahold of them to find out whats going on, no message returned, no answer at the office, no new lease with the garage added...that has been a little frustrating. Overall, I highly recommend this community.

|Recommended: YesNice place to live for a first apartment. — Enjoyed the time spent living here in a two bed townhome, good layout and space for a first apartment. Ultimately, only moved for more space seeing as there is not much storage.
